If it does not fit you call them and they take care of it. Mistakes happen but it’s how they are handled. A lot of people come up with a great idea/product but that person has never had to deal with the public, with a number of orders, trying to keep up with returning calls, emails, etc. Many new businesses just implode due to poor customer service. Just having a great idea/product is not enough when selling retail.

I bought one from them as well. Haven't put it on yet but hope it doesn't look like that. It doesn't sound like a scam though it just sounds like bad quality control and then bad customer service regarding that QC/fitment. Why not send it back and see if they send you one without issues? If they don't you can say they scammed you. It's probably worth the shot because this one looks terrible and I assume you wont be leaving it on the car.

That’s what my post is about, a month of chatting to the owner himself and him saying he’ll get me right with a new one. Constantly lying that he already sent it but never sent one. I consider that scummy business

Yeah definitely scummy. Send them the defective one since its a paperweight to you at this point. Keep track of everything and if he doesnt send you a new one file a dispute with your CC. Win-Win for you and you either get a new one or your money back.

I agree send back and file dispute with credit card company. Let them deal with it. These guys just wasting time.

They don’t take cc that should’ve been the first red flag. They have you send to a guy that doesn’t even work there through Zelle. lol… I should’ve done some research on them beforehand

Yea well it’s not the biggest loss in life. Just forget about and either have ur shop drill more holes or just get Mishimoto. We’ve all had these types of experiences.

Until any of this gets into smoke testing in a wind tunnel it's an exorbitant amount of speculation as to which cooler guard, combination of OEM aero part(s) etc effectively create more CFM through the heat exchanger aka oil cooler. I view multiple posts on this issue all over this site.

Turner Motorsports runs M4 GT3's. I bought it. No temp increase(s) or other issue at this time. The EU lower spoiler is also available and again w/o wind tunnel eval who the hell knows?

Turbulence, 2 near 90 degree dams w/the EURO part. The front dam and the oil cooler dam/sweep. Resulting CFM airflow increased through the oil cooler.....with one or the other or both?
