Individual Frozen Dark Grey G80 M3 Photoshoot

I've been waiting over 2 months for an allocation for a G80 now and with the factory delays it feels like it will never come. BUT today I got to take some photos of my friend's new (to him) G80 M3 in individual Frozen Dark Grey. He picked it up used with low miles otherwise I am sure he would've spec'd the laser lights which I think is the only thing missing from the build. Overall I love the car and the color combo!

I know you're stuck in the QC purgatory but I hope it makes it out of there soon! I don't even have an allocation so right now my goal is just to get the car before 2023 lol. If you get your car soon/before I get mine and you wanna set something up to do a shoot let me know!

Yeah, that would be cool. But I doubt I'll get my order, I firmly believe, even without an allocation, you could get it sooner. I think I may look for an alternative.

Not my car - I'm just the photographer.

But to answer your question, the base M3 comes with the chrome badges. Competition comes blacked out

Ok, I was just curious, because when you order the car, you can spec it as a $0 option. And, likewise, for the Competition models, you can do a $0 cost option to "delete shadowline" seems like people miss this step, sometimes.

I think the M3 badge is independent of these options. Base M3 badge is chrome and comp badge is black no matter what. Only the spoiler, tail pipes, and other listed parts can be selected as black or chrome Correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, Im not sure, then. Maybe someone that ordered a manual with the Shadowline trim, can tell us if the car came with black badges from the factory when the Extended Shadowline Trim (S07M9) is selected. Since it has black tips, maybe it does have the shadowline, and it doesn't come with black badges, no matter what?
