Hey guys I ordered a cf GT style grille and cf side breather vents on 03/13. I wanted to check status and have tried emailing them and sent them a message but haven’t heard back. When I try to track the package it appears that only a labels been printed. Anybody successfully ordered anything from them recently?!

I also ordered a grill from them and some other items. Got the other items but no word on the GT Style grill. Just emailed this afternoon and havent heard back

Lmao thanks for reminding me, I ordered a rear diffuser and had to send it back because it was shit quality. Shipped it back about a month ago and forgot that I haven't heard back. I am going to try emailing them tomorrow and if I don't hear back I am going to try a charge back. Also ordered a front lip, front vents, and CSL style grill. Really poor quality (drop ship from china quality) outside of the grill which looked good. I already installed them however and too lazy to remove them and send them back.

Ooof this doesn’t make me feel good. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered and they just informed me FedEx sent the products back to them?? So I’m considering a chargeback as well….

I ordered grilles and air ducts from them back in November. Quality looked fine to me and fitment was on point.

There are very few companies that aren’t just ordering the same carbon from the same factories. This platform is exceptionally bad with that.

Ordered tail lights for my sons previous G20 and few months later passenger side outer lights went bad. The sent a replacement and the unlock animation doesn't match the driver side now.

Sent several messages to their email and website few weeks ago and gotten no response yet.

Will probably not order from them anymore since the support isn't the greatest.

I want to cancel my order for the parts but based on how unresponsive/unreliable they’ve been I’m almost tempted to do a chargeback. $1400-1500 isn’t a little bit of money after all.

So I charged back the 2 items and guess what.. they suddenly responded that their second attempt was coming…. So I withdrew the chargeback….. but today the package they sent the second time still hasn’t arrived via UPS…
