Fully forged wheels are stronger and lighter than flow formed, or hybrid forged, or flow forged which are all terms for wheels that are spun cast instead of gravity cast (which is the cheapest and heaviest wheel type you can get)

Fully forged wheels are priced accordingly, there are a few vendors that seem to sell quality forged wheels at a fair price (BC Foged comes to mind) but fully forged wheels are usually in the range of $3 to $4K a set, on the low end of the price spectrum.
