I've seen a lot of BBS content lately, and these wheel styles are typically described as Y-spoke. Personally, I always see them as U, not Y. I can get my brain to see Y, but it always defaults to U.

Do you see Y (blue) or U (red)?

Yeah it's pretty ubiquitous now, but not a bad thing I guess. It's a classic design that looks great on nearly any car.

Man you’re not kidding. It’s like every month there’s a new company offering a forged version of this style.

I’m assuming it’s just like all the carbon fiber parts for our cars, made from the same Chinese factory and drop shipped to the buyer.
