Stop-sale / delay due to audio module issue

My luck ran out my wife's car at port with a Ram stop sale. Dealer is telling me that it will ship but needs to be repaired state side or at dealer. He thinks that we might be ok and not too long of a wait since some parts became available but I am not optimistic.

My car was held up for a couple days for the RAM stop sale at Port Newark. The transportation from there to the dealer was pretty quick too. From the boat docking to delivery was 14 days.

Still stuck in NJ port since friday (at least according to the site).

RAM stop sale still shows open.

I hope my car reaches the dealer in 2 weeks like most.

Anyone know if the VPC operates over the weekend? I'm literally checking the recall tool every five minutes to see if the stop sales are resolved.

And also know that this tool is a guide, but not 100% accurate. My car is sitting at port with a confirmed RAM stop sale and shows no recalls or service issues on both the US and UK tool.

If something shows in the tool, you definitely have it. But you may have more than what is on the tool as BMW started hiding the engine related issue.

I checked at around 11am today, then i just checked now before making this post lol.

Still shows open for me.

I was told there's no one there on the weekend? Or at least sunday so tomorrow, if there's any updates to any car, you will see it tomorrow.

I got an email Saturday morning from my SA stating that the work order for the RAM fix (my only stop sale) started on Friday. The status has sat at Open all weekend. Guess I was the last on the line for the week. Hope that means they get me completed and on a truck tomorrow!

I think your best bet is to go through this thread. There are a broad range of timelines. I think the average is 4-5 weeks. Your results (like mine) may vary.
