You may be right on the limited numbers of Fire Orange 50 Jahre models.

That said, you could order Fire Orange on the regular G80/82 through BMW Individual prior to 2023. It will likely also be available again as an Individual color option in 2024 and beyond, just not as the 50 Jahre appearance package.

I have the Orange ZL1 1LE (in 1st post pics), and a dedicated C5 time attack car for track duty

I don't plan on thrashing the M3 on track but you never know. It was purchased to be a weekend and special occasion car.

My local dealer "says" they took a deposit at $30k over on another orange one that I don't believe came in yet. I was trying to reserve that one but they wouldn't get off their greedy horse and take care of a repeat customer. I'm not sure I believe them. I think they just didn't want to sell it to a buyer unwilling to pay an unreasonable adm. All of the dealers I spoke with regarding ordering one were at MSRP, but not likely to receive a car until Q2 next year at the earliest......at least that's what I was consistently told.

I have a fire orange as well, i think mine was the 3rd in the world when built. now I think it's the most popular individual color. congrats.

I plan on adding the rear M Perf CF diffuser at some point but DANG I am still in a bit of shock from the "BMW tax" on OEM parts. Puts the "Corvette tax" to shame that I'm very familiar with.
