I’m really tempted by these…I need to see if my dealer would give me grief using these on a stock tune with big daddy cat spacers.
I’d run these with everything else stock including stock valve control.

If they are cool with it for normal service stuff you are fine but for heavy warranty repairs they sometimes you may want to remove them before hand.

Trying to decide between this resonated or catted version, pair with already installed resonated midpipe. Stock muffler.

If you want it on the less raspy / louder side go with the resonated. If you want it quieter and less raspy stick with the catted.

I'll see if I can find. Most people only post short clips that we repost on instgram.
Here is a fatboy catless and resonated midpipe video with valves 100% open to give you an idea of a worst case scenario. MAD catted Downpipe and Non resonated midpipe

Yes, on our rear exhaust the valves will perform just like the factory. We figure if you want full control there are better aftermarket options than supplying a hardwire version and charging more.

Here is the updeded video with the Mad resonated downpipes + resonated midpipe.
IMO, too raspy for me under load in the mid rpms. Will try catted one this weekend. 😆 |

Is that valves fully open? Try 50% and force some through the muffler.
