Hi guys!
I recently installed the akrapovic midpipe on my EU version G80 and got the check enginel light. The opf delete cable already installed. Did i miss something?

Both the delete cable and the CAN module are needed to eliminate CEL?

Hello

Yes both needs to be installed
And then you have to program the module. It's fairly easy. Look at the instructions on leib website and you will figure it out

Well, it says it's a plug&play stuff, no need for programming?

If you want you can do other things with the module.

Download and read the instructions before you install it.

I would expect that all needs doing is for ‘OPF replacement’ to be registered in ISTA. You don’t need the CAN delete.

You can flash factory BMW software for the ROW model to completely eliminate the OPF as well.
