I wonder if Valvetronic went back to the drawing board? Researching single mid pipes I noticed their EL mid pipe is no longer available on their website.
They sure do pay for the marketing. Try searching without them being at the top every time. It doesn’t matter what brand you type in. |

Thanks. Interesting the sineous tube is unique enough to get a patent.
I found a few other exhaust patents that were interesting. But the patent won’t stop China… LOL Last edited by Skyscraper; 01-26-2024 at 08:48 AM.. |

I learned something today working off of that patent. I found 11 different EL patent designs. Who knew... I would have tried this one (Patent #US8402756B2) with the single mid pipe design. I may just make my own based off it. Start with a 4" and taper to a 3.5 after the longer tube to keep the gases moving. Or an oval 3.5" or 4" so the longer pipe doesn't block the gases of the shorter pipe. I need a project. This could be fun. |

I don't think anyone using the VT EL or AA EL has had issues with flow or performance. Both sound better than anything else on the market imo. Btw, everyone pays for the marketing. Some just do it better than others. |

The 2 midpipes have a different design and produce a different tone. its a matter on personal preference on whether you want a pure equal length (active autowerke) or a modified single (Valvetronic)
