Built-in Spotify controls

Hi, this is driving me nuts: how do you fast forward or rewind for the built-in Spotify? Not talking about skipping a song but actually moving inside a song to a specific point. I tried everything... Tell me I'm a stupid baboon pls

Try holding the forward or backward button on the steering wheel for >5seconds. That's how it works with the standard music app at least.
