Anyone got anything about RAM issue fix time in Bremerhaven port?

My car sitting there since end of Nov 2021, and till now no update, don't know when can be fixed, and Dealers knows nothing.

I've been waiting for a RAM since week 47 (Nov 22-28).
Seems that a new supply came in the end of November but that they used them for production going forward. Week 48 cars and later have been shipped and delivered while our cars continue to wait.

I'm thinking if I don't get my car in February or March, I'm going to consider to gat a E92

I'm in the same boat.....dealers hands are tied and have no control and can't speed up the process. I've been waiting since October 2021.

At what point is too long to wait - is this standard amongst all manufacturers aka MB?

I called BMW Canada yesterday and apparently my RAM recall was resolved. It was sitting since Oct. Can someone flip me the link for the lookup that someone had posted before?

So did the recall tool show it “closed”?

Sorry to get your hopes up. No dice. Its still showing open recall however through BMW it showed nothing. I spoke to my SA later in the day to clarify and he showed me that there is no open recall but there is a stop sale. Ive decided to put a deposit for a 2023 just in case.

The tool doesn't change on the weekend as they don't work in the weekend. There is hope for Monday as multiple people have talked about a shipment of parts arriving next week

Biznis, when you called BMW canada, what did they tell you for the status of your vehicle?

For me they said its in transit from the port of exit, but stilll a stop sale order in place.

@grapz…They gave me the same response as you. According to my SA, production of 23’s will start in July assuming everything goes as schedule. If that’s the case the car could be delivered by Sept?? If our current cars get the RAM fixed in March which is what I have been told, we won’t see them until May so only an additional 4 months of waiting for a 2023. All theoretical of course.

My SA doesn't know shit and it seems BMW Canada knows less every time I call them. The first guy told me so much info. The last girl sounded like she just woke up and didn't have a computer near her. It's like they have been instructed to play dumb or maybe that's their normal state.
