I think a photo of the car from a distance may help, hard to tell with the close up shots

I don't like this one either, but what I've noticed is that it must be pretty hard to develop a good looking lip for this car, in my opinion. I personally don't like any of the lips out there, including the M Performance. There's always something that looks "off" about them.
They either just look "tacked on" or they just don't flow well with the front of the car. I kinda like the RSC one because it's nicely integrated but from a couple of angles it also looks a bit "off" and then it costs $1700 and they want a restocking fee if I don't like it. If I'm going to spend $1500-1700 on a damn lip I don't want to just "kinda" like it. It needs to be "WOW".

However, that does not mean all suspension mods are pointless. Yes, bmw tunes the car. But, and it's a big but, they are tuned to a compromise - not necessarily the best performance option. Thus, springs or coilovers that lower the car moderately can provide legitimate performance gains through a lower center of gravity and greater weight transfer management on all axis. Think about virtually every car out there...the higher the performance version, the lower the suspension is, at least to some point. There is a reason for that-more performance means less comfort compromise means lower stiffer springs (to a point.) |

The front bumper already has the large splitter like scoop that curves into the side vents. Remove the black trim on either side and put something on top of the front of the already preexisting lip, and not under it. If only somebody could do something like that... I think it would be money. |

I know it's the brand name… but having 'lightweight' printed in bold letters just seems cheap. It's like buying an item of clothing that says 'quality cotton' printed across it's front. Which ironically immediately makes it seem cheap. Maybe an acronym or logo would work better.

The RSC one is the best lip for this car by far I believe . It's the most coherent design. Even The M Performance doesn't look right |

I prefer a CRT-like lip as I keep my cars relatively subtle... I'd need to see this from a distance and possibly without the logo to make a better judgement on it.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the M-perf lip as it seems a bit too chunky on the sides for my taste.

agreed... there's a huge difference those spending the money to get adjustable camber plates and coilovers to be able to optimize performance for the driving situation and those getting a set of lowering springs and spacers to achieve an "aggressive stance".
