Jesus, what an abomination. OK, that’s enough. From now, I stop considering these new M3 and M4 as BMWs, even if the S58 is a pure gem. These cars redefine the word ‘ugly’. They are alien, Lovecraftian, a cosmic horror from another planet...

God this car just looks worse and worse everyday. Hope the Asian market enjoys it smh, whole reason BMW made the big ass grill- bending over to appeal to them.

Your first point pretty much reflects my feeling. I have seen 3 M4s in the past 2 weeks in the same color, dark gray(dravit?). 2 on the road and 1 at the dealer. Their presence was clear. To me the grille is far less offensive in person and that this car just doesn't show well in photos. I can't say I am attracted to it.
One thing to note about the dark gray is that it minimized the busyness of the lines as well as the duo tone, the black edges that surrounds the car. That cheapens the car for me and takes me back to a 90s z24 Cavalier. Last edited by Mnoob2; 04-22-2021 at 02:23 PM.. |

What a joke, you couldn't pay me to buy this tacky monstrosity. I'm just so disappointed in bmw's new offerings at this point. It's as if they wanted it to look terrible or hired designers that had no idea what they were doing. I just don't get it.

I'd do the exhaust, but with it requiring a different rear facia and an M tax, no doubt it'll be prohibitively expensive.
On looks I like it - it's a bold car from the front, make the same statement in the back.
