Ceramic wheel coating and wheel weights - revisited..

I've done searches. Sounds like best option on new wheels is mount/balance - then have ceramic coating done after this?

Secondly - there will be a day when new tires/weights have to be put on. At that time, most of ceramic will have worn off? Or just plan on some type of solvent to remove coating (if needed).

Sounds right? Am more concerned about keeping wheels balanced and no weights flying off vs. sparkling clean wheels.

?

I ceramic coated the face, mounted and balanced and then cc’d the inner barrels. Not sure if the claims are true with cc and wheel weights but went this route anyways.

To be honest the inner barrels are gonna get dirty af no matter what. Unless you plan on taking the wheels off and doing regular washes on the inner barrel it doesn’t really matter.
