m3 comp Xdrive ok to run 2 different sets of tires?
Wondering if it would be a problem running a differnt set of tires on the front compared to the rear. I found a good deal on some used pilot sport cup 2's and wondering if it would be a problem or throw off the awd system with having Pzeros on the front. Thanks

The circumference of the same size tires from different manufactures varies... so it is feasible that if you have Xdrive if might play havoc and ultimately cause a reduced power fault.
Secondly, the amount of traction to the road's surface could make the car believe it is loosing traction at a wheel and DSC and traction control step in to help a problem that might not be there. |
