Will do. I wanted to find one close to the dealer in Chattanooga where I’ll be picking up the car. Will most likely track wrap it, for the way home, and then get on a schedule since this won’t be my daily. So, it can chill in the garage, for a bit, if needed.

I had originally planned a PCD and was considering a temporary bra for the drive home. That or get it done local but there’s no way I could wait a week local. Plus if you have an issue what do you do? At least now if I have an issue I can swing by the shop. The owner is a good dude and will take care of any issues if they do arrive.

^Yeah, that’s one of the main reasons I didn’t schedule something in TN. I’ll get some track armor for the way home, and hopefully, can get on someone’s schedule, if that’s the route I go. I wasn’t sure if I wanted ppf or not.

Go to shop in Jacksonville to get parts installed on your G8x? Looking to get some down pipes and possibly mid-pipe installed. Also new springs., KW HAS or similar. Quality work but won’t break the bank. Thanks!

Not too familiar with installers for BMW parts, but, I did find a shop in OP that does a lot of BMW work. Maybe you can check with them and let us know?

Finally got my car this past weekend. Drove home through the tail of the dragon and some other awesome mountain roads in the area. Long couple of days, but, I’m happy to finally have experienced my first BMW. I think I made a wise, albeit expensive, choice!

Would be cool to get together, perhaps the next C&O at the Avenues. Or elsewhere.
