FYI: I just stopped by Alexandria BMW and they have three 2023 M4s available for sale at MSRP, in the show room, one manual and two automatic!

I about fell over when I saw this being that I overpaid tremendously for mine, but then I saw they were verts so it wasnt so bad.

Got on the waitlist in Feb for a MY22 M3CX.......MY23 M3CX finally got to Baltimore yesterday!

I’m being told to expect the car sometime around May. Lol, we will see. Time to learn some patience.

I think that's pretty good these days, especially for the D.C. area. I've talked to every dealership from North Pennsylvania to South Carolina and the earliest I found with MSRP pricing was ~6 months. One dealership told me TWO YEARS.

I ended up finding a dealership in PA that has me #2 on a waitlist. Even then, I'm not expecting the car until spring/early summer.

I somehow acquired my BMW M3 via a private seller, but a BMW Alexandria employee facilitated the sale. I never even met the seller. Apparently, he handles business for a VIP seller on the side. Very unusual arrangement, but I'm not gonna complain. He was saying that BMW Alexandria does the most volume on the entire east coast.
