I am writing to express my extreme displeasure with the service i received today. i had a 9am appointment. i arrived 5 mins early. i was told to wait in the waiting room until my CA came by. at 9:45am, no one had come by, so i inquired. they said just a few more minutes while he finishes up with a customer. 15 mins later, still no one. i asked for my keys and indicated i would take my business to bmw of silver spring or passport bmw. to top it off, they left my 2022 m3 comp running the entire hour in the service lane. take your business elsewhere!

Aren't they Autonation now? Towson also went from mediocre to shithole after being bought out.

Wow, that's nuts. At BMW of Catonsville I've never had to wait more than a minute or two for an SA (assume you meant SA, not CA)? And if yours isn't available, I don't see why another one can't get you processed? It's not like they're paid by commission?

(And I also turn the engine off after driving into the service bay... mostly to avoid filling up that tunnel with carbon monoxide until they move it.)

The sales leaves a lot to be desired too. After my intial break in service, I'm just going to go to GT Peace in Chantilly.

I called Towson for a quote on a front grille install (I told my SA I already had the part), and I was told $185. I came in for an appointment and was told $700 because it was a 3 hour job! Catonsville quoted me for $350, can anybody recommend an indie shop around Baltimore City/County? Thanks.

Rockville area are full of riches and either BMW or MERCEDES, I had such horrible service both in purchase and the service dept. would never do my business there. they just dont give a F*&^ .
