Looks like Baltimore port are moving faster now. Car arrived on 2/14, work ordered open on 2/18 and closed today.

when you say work order. You had stop sales? and It got resolved in 4 days?

I had 2 stop sales. I called genius early this week and they told me when the work order was created and I checked today the recall tool and it was closed. Took 11 days to resolve from the time it hit port.

So when you say closed does that mean the work was completed and headed to the dealer?

Yes I assume my tracker will get changed to in transit soon. Only reason it is held up at the VPC is because of the RAM stop sale. Once that is cleared I seen it leave Baltimore within a day or 2.

One was for the Amp and the other for receiver audio module.

It took a while to get my car tnght, I didn’t give it a good look-over yet. I did see some light clear coat scuffs where the plastic protection delivery film was removed on the hood . I suspect that was at the dealership though. I trust my dealer and I’m sure they will handle any miscellaneous imperfections. I really like my dealer as they gave me an incredible deal but their detail/delivery department is really bad. The techs, salespeople , management are all great though. I’ll take a look under the hood tmrw . The car is amazing but I feel I need to spend some time figuring some things out. For one my hud needs to be raised. Question, do these cars no longer come with a hard copy owners manual? Glove box is empty and dealer did not give me one.

You should have one, my dealer handed mine to me at delivery.

The answer is...it depends. In most cases it only takes a few days. In fact some people on here have seen cars leave the same day. As long as the car has been released to carrier, you can call the Genius and get an estimated arrival date. That being said, mine took two weeks, but that seems to be on the high end. Things seem to be flowing better now.

My car was released to carrier on the 17th and it only left the VPC yesterday. As per Genius, the truck was waiting for other cars that were assigned to it. Definitely a crapshoot.

My car arrived in Baltimore on the Hawaiian Highway on 3/2. Has 2 stop sales the RAM and PMA Control Unit. Anyone know about the PMA and have experience with this stop sale? Ordered my M4 in October.

PMA is a new one. I know only of 1 other person besides you who have it and are finally at the VPC. My car lands at the NJ VPC with RAM and PMA on Tuesday, lets see how long it takes to close
