Evolution Racewerks Crossover Exhaust Pipe for M3 / M4 S58 Engine

Has anyone installed the Evolution Racewerks Crossover Exhaust Pipe for M3 / M4 S58 Engine- if so, is there a seat of the pants difference in performance? ie. improved turbo spool and throttle response? I'm very interested in this fairly simple mod for my G82 x-drive

Unlikely. Exhaust doesn't really add anything.

That's half the cost of a single midpipe... don't bother if that's your only exhaust mod.

I installed it on my car, its 100% better than stock in terms of design and airflow, but I dont think anyone did a before and after dyno to make 100% conclusion

Not on its own, best when coupled up with ER downpipes.

No difference at all - I went w/ an ER midpipe to start and later went to 200cel ER downs and added that crossover just to get rid of the stock crossover.

ER stuff is top quality as far as build craftmanship.

Dyno data is zero to nothing. Vendors dyno a small percentage of performance parts. Times change…..dyno days used to be big in D/FW. Everyone would show up for discounted dyno runs.

Temps are cooling here………have a set of AA GESI DP’s and an ER thermal coated pipe in the box. Just about time to get out and get ‘r done.

No kidding on dyno data. Mis/dis and lack of information most of the time. We've got solid vendors on this site - but they "do" want to sell stuff at the end of the day.

I've said before - if you want an easy "bump" or "seat of the pants" deal, get a decent piggy (JB4/RChip - I'd recc) and put in good gas and maybe run it on second to highest setting all the time.....

Which vendors are you referring to here? None of the vendors in this thread have claimed that this product is proven to make power or shared any dyno results for it.

I simply mentioned that it has a better design than stock, which is clearly true, but there’s no dyno data. Tom also stated that it doesn’t add any power on its own.

100% agree Mike - never meant to suggest that anyone/vendor or member otherwise, said that this ER crossover makes more power. If my post sounded that way - I stand corrected.
