Google Chrome Tool

I just used the google chrome tool to check the status of my car, but I am getting this message instead of a status number. Does this mean I am status 105?

In the tab, switch from Preview to Response, and if you scroll right you'll find the status code.

When I did that I got the same code as in preview

Refresh the page and try a different "forward?" Selection. There should be multiple... one if them will have the correct info.

Maybe I didn't it incorrectly, but I only saw one forward option. I'm gonna try again when I get home and check

If your asking how I did it this is how I did it, took this from another thread. You have to right click on chrome and click inspect. If the picture is too blurry here's the link for the instructions https://www.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...php?p=28458029

What is ur current status of ur car. The chrome hack will not show anything untill you are status 150- Scheduled for production. Once you click fetch and then response, go up to the address bar in the My Vehicle section (not track status) and reload the page. U should see more options popping out.

Ah that makes more sense I'm currently status 111. I was just worried that I could possibly be 105 since my CA said I have no build week but genius says I'm week 45.

It will still show status even prior to 150. Mine showed 102, 111, and 112.

For reference - it'll show the status code as well as all options prior to 150. Once it hits status 150 it'll then populate a production date as well. Before then you have to rely on the genius hotline to provide you with an estimated build week. Typically the car will flip to 150 status 2 weeks prior your actual build date.

Yes thats correct. But if he was looking for the prod date, you can only see it when u hit status 150. Since the rest of the info is already known to us, most of us use the chrome tool to confirm our production date just to make sure we have a confirmed build date

Finally got it to work, I didn't go back to my vehicles and refresh.

anyone having issues with the chrome tool today? Looks like the UI is a bit messed up and the code is not pulling correctly.
