I just hit 151 - Exterior Body Assembly Begins!

No idea how that makes sense because my prod day still says 2022-08-29.

Not complaining but continuously confused.

Yeah I'm really surprised. Didn't expect any production to start until at least 08/22 with a 08/29 prod date.

Guessing car will be built minus some part they are waiting for... but hopefully not.

LOL, I'm still in 150. Genius did say they anticipate a 9/2 prod date though. We'll see.

I can't complain though with so many still waiting on their allocation. Wishing them all the best with a speedy issuance of their allocation!

I wonder if it's the Carbon Exterior Package that's keeping our build dates back. Trying to find a pattern in our builds :

That could be it. I'm certainly anxious, but I keep reminding myself that the hard part of the wait is over.

Ok...doing my best here. LOL

But, I'm seeing my status of "Production Begins" since 8/9/22. No movement for almost 2 weeks. What factors do you think are involved in this status not progressing? Could it be that the production process is, in fact, progressing but not reflected, or is there something that would keep it in "Production Begins" for 2 weeks straight and possibly longer?

MunkyTool What is your status right now?

Attributed to the August shutdown currently in session?

I've been at 112 for 2 weeks now, and was pushed back to week 37 from 36 a few days after receiving my allocation/production number....

That was an initial thought, but MunkyTool has progressed through several build status changes during this month of August.

150 - Production Begins usually sit for about 1 or 2 weeks before your car starts moving. (But of course that can vary a lot) So it makes sense you're sitting still through the break if you hit it on 08/09.

I hit 150 on 08/02, started moving on 08/10 and stopped a couple days later on 08/12 with status 153 - Entering Assembly Line.

I'm guessing we will all start seeing some movement by the end of this week.

And luckily it seems like cars are still moving to port and into boats so hopefully the backlog clears a bit by the time we finish.

It's typical for any build to sit in status 150 for a week or two.

What is your build date. Once your vehicle enters the production line, all activities would complete within a matter of few working days.

Hi vj123-

Genius told me 9/2/22. That was with it going 150 on 8/9/22.

You would most likely see some movement once factory reopens.

You can also cross check your production date using developer tool in your browser.

What am I looking for to do this? Would be much easier than calling in to Genius line.
