Hello,

I ordered in June a M4 G82 MXdrive competition via my BMW dealer in Budapest, I received from him at the end of August a VIN number (chassis) and the information that my car would be produced in the first week of September.

Indeed the vehicle that was visible under sheets in the MyBmw application was a week later visible without the sheets in the application, which according to what I was told means that it is out of production.

However, it has been since the beginning of September that the vehicle is still in the factory, according to my seller its status has not changed. So he doesn't know when it will be delivered or anything else until the status changes. He does not know how to give me any information about the reason for this delay.

Would you have more information on this subject by chance? What can I do but wait? Is it possible to see the status of the car myself?

Vehicles with this stop sale might not be held up in the factory.

Did your vehicle ever make it? My M4, which I was able to confirm was not part of a quality hold or stop sale, has been waiting on a carrier assignment for 3.5 weeks. I would expect your vehicle to be all land transport and this makes me wonder if there is a transport issue from the factory and not a boat issue.
