Mine got to BMW of Atlantic City on Friday and they delivered it to me today. So happy with it!

Glad I sold my 2022 xDrive for this 2023 6MT with buckets and carbon everything and minimal tech.

ugh, mine's still awaiting transport. i'm still hopeful to pick up this weekend, otherwise it will need to sit for an extra week while i'm out of town. I haven't seen any pics of TV pop up online yet which helping me from going insane!

Anybody else still at NYC port? I talked to the SA today and the best estimate was now 9/25. I'm assuming it's just truck backlog and not vpc work, anyone know of a way to confirm that?

Same, still at Port… SA advised it was just released from VPC this morning but that is most likely because it has the Performance Spoiler that is port installed. Current estimated departure is 9/25 with ETA of 9/28.

Questions for all you that went through NJ/NY port…

How long till boat docked till car was at VPC?
How long did VPC take?
How long till carrier assignment?
And what was transit time and where was the dealer?

I'm BW31 and the vessel docks in port in around 6 hours! I have no stop sales, no recalls, no port installed parts! Assuming vpc should go quick but would love to get some numbers on this?

I don't know the full breakdown, but my car got to port on Tuesday and by Saturday it was at my dealership (in New Hampshire). So I'd say it was fairly quick.

It feels like if everything goes smoothly, it's about 3-4 days through customs and VPC and then transit depends on dealer location, but within a day to 2 days most likely. Unless you're very far from port it should go by truck and those guys tend to hussle to get things dropped off.

However, if things don't go to plan you could sit awhile. I've had a work order opened since 9/15. Expected pickup and delivery is 9/30. I can't get details on the WO, i know they were supposed to install some of the Jahre parts, but that shouldn't be a 15 day process.

Dealer from the VPC is 226 miles away about a 4-5 hour drive ik they have many stops and stuff so assuming a 1-2 day delivery time. So all pending on if they have carrier ready I could get transported over the weekend I'm assuming and maybe have a mid next week pickup best case!

You are probably right-on with your estimate, assuming no snafus with stop sales or recalls. I dreaded one of those popping up on mine until the last second!

finally finally finally took my TV home over the weekend. A couple quick shots from the delivery. It's now at the detailers for a full ppf, a few bits wrapped in CF, and ceramics. About 200 miles into the break-in. I miss it already!
