Price protection on cars in 111 status?

Hi all, there was a thread that referenced an email from BMW NA to dealers in FL saying that cars that hit 111 status by November 27th could be protected from the price increase for cars produced starting on January 1st, 2023. Wondering if anyone has heard anything further on this? Thanks!
