You could install them yourself, but they stopped in the US offering it at the beginning of the year since the 50th anniversary was in 2022.

This is BS. They took it out for 2023 and then put it back on? Or did 22 not have it either
It wasn't available for any of the Base M3/M4s in the US. Some people got lucky and had them added, but it wasn't available as an option unless you got the competition.

This is not correct. They were standard on every G8X (could be removed for no charge), and were available for $200 on most M-lite cars like the M340i and X3 M40i.

Here's last year's pricing guide:

Name: M 50 Years Emblems.jpg
Views: 418
Size: 145.0 KB

Down in the options list, "Standard Emblems" is listed as NC for all 3 trims.

I was talking about the M seatbelts. the 50th emblems dropped off the beginning of this year in the US since it's not the 50th anniversary anymore.

Gotcha. I thought it was still in response to the emblems. We are on the same page now.

I am one of those folks that tried to manually spec the M seatbelts on the base, but didn't get them. While other folks who didn't do anything randomly did get them. And of course now they're standard.

Funny enough the XDrive badge is on the 2024 M4.
I think power levels will stay the same. But you can get an M3 CS for way more

I’d say the drivetrain is pretty different. Totally different in fact. Much more bracing in the body. Steering is different. Brakes are totally different. Cooling system is much more stout. LSD in the back. And the interior has much better materials.

And that’s not counting the available options you can’t get in a 340i. Seats, brakes, etc.

ummm not as much as you'd think... that USED to be the case...

The M340i also has an LSD standard as well, the cooling system is all S58 so yea... brakes and steering rack? that costs 30k? hmm

Does the G80 have a solid rear subframe and bushings like the F80 did or does it share all that with the M340i as well? Are there any CF panels like the F80?

I just traded in my 2021 S Plaid with 20k miles for $85k, bought new $140k plus CA tax. It’s too bad inflation pricing only goes one way. Lmao

Did I get $70k worth of joy out of it? 🤷🏻

I was hoping they would’ve LCI’ed it a little early. At least you have some snazzy new lights to make the depreciation pill a lil easier to swallow.

That's a common bug on their website. They are just not updated. The rounded will fit no problem. Ran into same issues figuring out floormats for all the latest year bmws. Their accessories website just sucks.

Fortunately, for the people just coming in, they are heavily discounted.

This one is $3,000 paint, $2,000 leather, and $4,500 wheels. $9,500 in options. $118,240, but in stock price is, $108,490 MSRP. Anyone who got in when they bought with your pricing, should definitely be upset. Right now, the in stock cars are $10k off.

Man the Plaid looks incredible to drive, but your M4 is so setup! I know we both have the same bored with car problems, but I will admit there are a few cars I really regret moving on from! Do you think that may be the case with your m4?

I bet private selling your car (carsandbids or bat?) Would bring top dollar because how your car is setup. There are people like myself would appreciate all oem CF and parts!

Either way, I hope to meet you at the next meet!

That's because it's the end of the quarter. This ALWAYS happens. Tesla's goal is to hit zero inventory at the end of each quarter.

And it’s only going to get worse when the new, brighter and shinier one comes out

There are bugs. Full leather removes executive package, and no base model

Dang $70k 😳!

I’ve been lucky with my last few cars. I bought and sold my 2022 Model Y LR for a 10k profit last year. I see even the value on those pretty much crashed.

Bugs on the configurator? Sometimes, yes, but you can configure with Exec and Full leather. The message tells you that it’s removed, but it’s added at a lower price.

Looks like I’m going to go with a 2018-2020 F80. These prices are totally out of hand.
