But for our 2 f'ing stop sales, I could give a shit waiting for a boat; however, watching these boat schedules all over the place AND God knows how long these stop sales are going to take to get remedy, just increases my impatience

Has anyone from NY called genius within the last few days to get a status? couple guys said their car has been showing at port but has been in transit for a few days. None of them are NY bound though

Nope. I just figure base off of the ship schedule no point to check since we don't have a ship till next Friday. It's two ships correct? I don't even care about waiting to get on the ship. I just hate not knowing how long these stop sales or lack there of stop sales will impede our delivery date.

So as of right now next ship leaving for NY is Elektra on the 18th.

Not sure what's happening with Boheme. WW website says it doesn't arrive in Germany until 23rd however, its literally in Bremerhaven right now and should be docking in the next hour or two

Yah its going to be a cluster.

NY is not a big port and they have 3 ships coming all within a week of each other- Elektra, Morning Calypso and Boheme.

I know a lot of us on the M3/M4, 2 Series, 3 series and 5 series have stop sales.

Part of me thinks that they are going to leave those cars with stop sales behind as to not create a jam at the port.

I think we should stop speculating. We are going to make people think the worst possibilities. Is it a possibility what you're stating is true? Absolutely. However, do we have any data to suggest that is what is actually going to happen? Nothing I've seen yet. I think at this point everything seems normal with what everyone else is seeing which is 2–4 weeks at the port. If you don't hit this next couple of boats then I will agree with you. Till then I will try to remain optimistic 😁. I think we are all going to be on the same boat, there's also nothing to suggest the recalls will be massive delays like the Baltimore vpc. If it's 1-2 weeks. That's not the end of the world to me.

I tend to be an over dramatic person in general. This experience hasn't helped that.

Again at this point can put off worrying about winter tires or wheel set til next season! Gotta take the good with the bad.

They added another ship that leaves the 22nd. Morning crown, and it arrives on March 9th. We want our cars on Elektra since it arrives a few days earlier
