If your rate expires by a day or so I don't see why they wouldn't extend it. I've seen multiple peoples rate expires by weeks or months and they said they had no issue getting their previous rate. My rate expired last month and I'm Hoping they will work with me when the car finally arrives on the 26th.

Got a text back 6hrs later saying he’ll have to see if they can do anything, since it’s coming down to the wire……

I'm signing mine Friday with or without the car. Dealer agreed to have paperwork ready since Friday is the last day of my rate lock (second time extended since august).

I would go sign the paperwork today if you can. At least you know the car will be there in the next day or so.

Yep, but they're saying BMW never "approved" the loan, but I received paperwork saying it was and texts from the SA saying everything approved..
