Finally, 8 month wait is come to end, my 2022 BMW M3 Comp X-drive is here.

Congrats! This is so funny. Goheels1434 just got his and my Grigio Telesto M3 is being delivered tomorrow. Must have produced them all at once.

GTP is amazing. Yes, make sure the shipping blocks are removed. See attached. In the top picture, the bottom white bock is not removable. Just the top 2 that snap out.

Crazy seeing a build over $100k without CCBs.

The comment is just about the cost of the car, without CCBs, even. Not that you didn't get them. That's all I meant. Like the car was $100k and you didn't even order CCBs with it. Meaning it would be over $108k with CCBs. I ordered every option, including CCBs, except the carbon buckets and exterior carbon fiber package and my car was $102,890.

I made the mistake during the build, but went back and added the OEM carbon, after I took delivery, which cost me a pretty penny. So, now, the only factory option it doesn't have are the seats. I even have the $2,500 M Drivers Package (top speed to 184) and only came out to $102,890. Prices have gone up.

I understand. I was just explain myself about not getting CCB. It is nice to have but when time comes to replace them, It is expensive.

Luckily, since you don't track the car, they last 200K or better. My SA has 111K on his F80 with CCBs, and has half a dozen track days on them, and still has 7 out of 10mm left on the original pads.

Incidentally, the rear brakes on the G80s have been needing pads, in 12-15k miles. The traction control uses the rear brakes extensively for traction control. 2 of the 5 people that I know that needed rear brakes, also needed rotors, about a $1,900 brake job. It's cheaper to do them, yourself, but then you also need to buy the tool to put the brakes in maintenance mode.

I got it from New Century BMW. Just because long time friend Yi-Wen is there now. I used to deal with Irvine BMW for my previous F80s M3 and M3 Comp and F87 M2C. Now Irvine BMW sucks.

Beautiful! I've ordered pretty much the same specs. Also it's great that you show pics of your car next to a Skyscraper version because I've been torn between the 2 colors but these pics confirm that GTP is the way to go!

What's funny is I'm always complaining that Lime Rock Grey always appears lighter in photos than in person. Grigio Telesto in pictures looks like lime Lime Rock Grey does in person!!!
