Official Frozen Pure Grey II G8* thread

I did a search and did not find this as a thread yet. Let’s see ‘em!

Took a drive this morning out to the Salt River and Saguaro Lake.

Anybody else? I know I’m not the only one!

I love this color more every day. It looks so different in different lighting, a chameleon.

Beautiful car!!! Cool to see you optioned for the sunroof too!

Highly considering this color for my frozen option. Love the way it accentuates the body lines. Do you have any night pics?

Thank you! Yes, carbon fiber is cool and all, but I had to go with the moonroof. I don't open it often, but I sure like to have that option.

Actually, I don't have any night pics yet. I'll try to get some in the next couple days and get them up here.

Hi guys, my FPG ll arrived this month, I can say I love this colour.
After reading about the problems caused by this colour I decided to opt for full PPF protection. I chose Stek Dynomatte, I'm quite happy with the results, I'm just curious if it affects the original look in any way.
I will attach few pics not the best quality but I will do some more photos soon.

Great choice! I truly believe FPG II looks the best and does a great job showing off the lines of the car.

I’m also getting full body STEK Dynomatte PPF next week. I did a ton of research and I believe it should not negatively impact the look in any way 👍🏽

I have Frozen Dark Grey with full Xpel Stealth. It does take away some of the sheen and depth that frozen paints have but I think the protection is worth the minimal impact here.

Yeah that’s why I ended up choosing STEK.

I’ll share my take on it once I get it done, but I completely agree with you it’s definitely worth protecting the paint regardless.

This is interesting because as far as I know Stek is known to be the more aggressive matte finish vs Xpel Ultimate which is more satin/matte (and closer to the original finish).

I’ve just locked my order in for this color. I can’t freaking wait. I’m terrified of the maintenance for paint though.

Incredible color. It sends that unspoken "I am made of titanium alloy" message. Congrats!
