Buyer Beware of this Twilight Purple M4, no warranty, dealer being very vague

This car was tuned, dealer knew about it, won't guarantee warranty in writing. Essentially selling it for market/above market.

Asked sales manager, what would happen if it was purchased and then the engine gives out within the warranty period. He said he would prefer a local buyer so he can "go to bat with bmw" about it. So, buyer beware. It's a cool spec, but precede at your own risk.

I thought I had seen a similar one on of the Facebook groups, and it was definitely tuned, but I can’t find the post. Caveat Emptor.
