I got my allocation on March 7, and was scheduled for production Week 21 (mid-May). Even if that holds, there's far too many variables (e.g. I've also got carbon buckets) and potential speed bumps nowadays to read too much into anyone's timeline.

After almost a month of debating on the colour I have finally submitted my order.
Thanks for all the pictures in this thread as this was the thing that helped me pull the trigger on Dravit (without even seeing it in person).

Here is the build:
- G80 M3 Comp Xdrive
- Dravit Grey Metallic
- Fiona Red interior
- Exterior carbon pack
- Carbon bucket seats
- 826m Bicolour wheels
- Laser lights with shadow line
- M-compound brakes with black callipers
- Harman Kardon
- M-drivers pack
- Other "not-so-importnat" things
All in all, apart from the bicolour wheels - a "Joe Achilles" spec

The best part - I submitted my order last week and according to the dealer, I can expect delivery in July (which I think is pretty fast considering all things that are currently happening)

I hope I will be able to contribute to the thread with some really nice photos very soon (I'm a hobby photographer).
In the mean time, here are some from the configurator, even though it doesn't show a very "true to life" Dravit (sorry if I'm not allowed to post such):

I know that in reality I may have to wait a little longer and there can be some delays so I'm actually prepared for it. However, I really hope that the delivery date will not be far off.
I will know for sure next month, as BMW will confirm the production date for the car in the beginning of May
Currently, at least in Europe, they are actually meeting their deadlines for production and delivery in most cases. We will see

I cant believe I took delivery today after putting in my order August 2021. Such a tease because I drove her straight to the shop for tints and PPF. She will hopefully be ready on Monday. I think I'm going with 35% tints. Any thoughts?

Beautiful. 35% is pretty dark, check through the comments there are threads on tint. Not bad during the day but can be shitty at night. I have 45% Xpel, some photos below.

I have 35% all around and was worried it was too dark. My installer assured me it would be ok especially with Silverstone. I have XPEL supreme xr plus or something like that. Very happy with it and eye sight not what it used to be....lol

Yeah that’s what I’m leaning towards. I think 20 will be really dark for my liking.

This literally makes me want to change my Brooklyn Gray to Dravit. My build starts May 8th and dealer said I can still change if I make it quick. Also have the Fiona red carbon buckets…. 😫 damn! What do I do!!!

Change it to dravit. You wont regret it.

The way it shifts colour in and out of the light is amazing

I promise you won't regret it. I considered Brooklyn but the Dravit is more dynamic

Here is a quick, cheap and easy way to rid your bumper of the orange reflectors. Its not as nice as color matched ones. But it matches the black trim pieces perfectly to me. I did the front orange ones and the red rear vertical bumper reflectors. Just slap some on and exacto knife it out around the trace lines you'll see around the reflectors.
