G80/G82 Cold Start Squealing Pulley Noise in Cold Temps (30-40 deg F)

Is there more info on the Canadian note on 65514155? Google hasn't turned up anything but this thread.

I've had the noise since 2021 but only mentioned in earlier this month since it's not a huge issue.
