3D design rear diffuser kit INSTALLED

Just installed it over the weekend! Removing stock pieces was a challenge but watched many YouTube videos on how to do it. Used the Pry tool from IND

If you look in the photo it also thankfully replaces the upper trim piece as well. The Akrapovic diffuser does too, but I could not get into the look of that one (not interesting enough). The 3D design has a somewhat stock look yet replaces the CHEAP shadowline plastic trim pieces.

2 concerns I had:
-Banana pins need to be installed?
-there are Seams on the CF but are perfectly symmetrical and well thought out

I am thinking of doing side skirts and front lip next

Nope did not remove it... one vids showed them removing it, but most of them just left it on... although you can break some of the stock tabs, but didn't mind because my entire rear end was damaged (hit a pole). So the stock BMW CF diffuser, above trim piece and right rear splitter (from another incident?) had to come off. The body shop did a horrible job (dipped autoworks-liars), so was time for a complete overhaul on her

Does this rear diffuser have that trim piece molded into it, or are they still two separate pieces?

Trim piece is molded into it! I was under the impression that it was 2 separate pieces but nope. Definitely nice being molded together to keep things lined up and reducing variables like poor fit

So far very pleased with it and just pulled the trigger on the 3D Design front lip from IND yesterday! Should be in next week
