6mo or 12 mo
Hi y’all,
Have a 2022 m3 with 5800 miles. I’m coming up on 18mo of ownership, and as you can tell, I don’t drive it that much lol. When I do drive it, I take it for long drives, make sure the engine oil fully warms up, and open it up from time to time. I plan on keeping the car for a long time, and I was wondering is best to pay out of pocket and change the oil at the 6mo mark, or wait till annual service? |

The time requirement is always 12 months. If you hit 10k miles quicker, you do it then, but if you're not hitting the mileage limit, you can wait 12 months. No issues.
