Why hasn’t anyone posted this sooner? On the F8X forums I remember Tommy L Garage had a permanent method, but using VELCRO to hold them in as-needed works great!!!

I got tired of holding a puck up in the jack point with one finger while trying to one-hand the floor jack into place. Twice I crunched a finger and said there had to be a better way…

I used the blu-tack on the corners of my F80’s huge Wagner TMIC to check clearance. One corner of tack squashed down to about a quarter inch. We knew we had fitment but padded the blue spot under my hood with fuzz tape. That blue stuff has so many uses.

Can someone who’s not lowered, measure the distance from the ground to the jacking point? Trying to figure out if my trolley Jack will fit as heard some are too large to fit under the G80.

Are the jack pads really necessary though? Just put the jack under the plastic rectangle and jack up. I have done this on many makes and models over the years with no problems.
