Door grease, how to get it all out?

I have noticed a grease streak on my rocker panels (lower red circle). Learned that this is from some grease in the door (upper red circle). I got most of it out with mini Qtips and all purpose cleaner, but there is still some in there. Anybody got it all out? Its on all 4 doors. Attached Images
