QQ: What do people recommend for pads that may produce less brake dust and that can be used if I use my BMW as a daily driver? Any recommendations? Thanks!

I highly recommend the iSweep IS1500. Using them for about 1200 miles now. P squealing and hardly any dust. Bite is the same as stock to me.

I did a quick search and seems to be the same part.

This is the actual ones I installed on my car.

Guys, any ideas on stock pad life from new, considering no track life? And, when pads are changed, are rotors toast and need to be replaced, or can they be turned? Not sure if drilled rotors can be turned at all.

I think stock pads 10-12k miles. Mostly rears. But I don’t think u need to replace rotors every time.

Stock pads and rotors lasted a long time (60-100L mi) on the F8x and I expect the same from stock G8X brakes.
