Where to mount a front plate?

It's on there. I ordered it. Change the country to USA otherwise it messes up the shipping as assuming you're in the USA.

I've been driving without a plate for a few days now and it's making me a little uneasy and I really don't want my wife to get pulled over.

Was thinking of leaving it in the trunk but Going to have to install it unfortunately just to avoid the head aches from the police as well as the Mrs!

Is the at the brand? Rho? I have the tow mount on my e90 now, so I'll do a tow mount assuming the same tow mount works. ?

Texas requires two but I do not install plates on the front of my nice cars. I have yet to be stopped. At the various cars and coffee shows that I attend I seldom see a front mounted plate.

I did this for years, but I got tired of being pulled over for it. I never actually got a ticket for it if I got pulled over, but if I was parked on the street I did. ill prob mount it, only cause of sick of dealing with the cops. NY sucks...

I got the EOS tow hook option.

Anyone have any adverse results from long-term use of the two hook license plate option? I imagine BMW did not consider that hole to be open for the long-term. Anything sensitive in that area that will see increased moisture/road debris due to using the tow hook option?

I've got the Rho plate. It's a very nice fit, right up against the bumper. I hate the ones that stick out a few inches

Would rather no plate and may remove it eventually as I don't street park which is where it sounds like I'm most likely to get a ticket

If I did run a plate, I would get that rho plate. I park in a garage and rarely do street parking, where tickets are typically issued. Told the dealer not to install and it has been in the trunk ever since. Fingers crossed that police continue to ignore me.

Definitely don't like the look of mounting the plate on the grill but those tow hook mounts look even worse to me. Just looks off. In NY so planning on leaving it off and using the carbonio mount when parking on street in Boroughs.

It's an incredibly tight fit. It's almost touching the paint. Couldn't be fit any closer

I actually bought a set of those tinted license plate covers. Going to try put that over it and see if it make it more stealthy…hate the new NY plates. The white sticks out so bad

I am told this one is quick on and off from some customers and the manufacturer once the initial setup is done the first time. Going to one soon. Don't have car yet.

I found this mount on Etsy which states it works with an '01 M3. I don't have any idea whether it fits or not, but for $22 maybe it's worth a try.

I don't have my car yet so I can't try it. But if this fits I'd rather use it and then take the other $75 I would have spent on a more expensive option and put it towards two carbon fiber license plate frames.
