Anyone use the different "shifting drive modes"?
The car seems like it defaults to in the efficient drive mode (1 highlighted line out of 3)
The manual says the 2/3 mode is for "Fast driving: Sporty, fast shifting operations. And the 3/3 mode is for "Sporty driving: Maximum shifting speed, launch control". Do these really make much of a difference/change the sound of the exhaust on up/down shifts? Moreover anyone disappointed in the exhaust note? Its my first performance car and I'm still in the break-in period but the exhaust has been slight underwhelming (im in the US so it shouldn't have the OPF filter. |

In shift mode 1 it will not only shift very slow but it will shift at very low RPMs. level 2 seems perfect for daily. If you want the exhaust to sound good you need to drive in level 2/3 and sport plus for engine.

As far as shifting. For me I am always using 3/3 and manual (sport?). 1/3 is way too slow...I shift and maybe sometime next week it will change gears. 2/3 still feels too slow but 3/3 is perfect. This is my first auto so it took some getting used to.

It does sound different after 200 miles of HPDE for sure. 3 is a bit hyper for daily driving... after 4,000 mile I keep mine in 2
