Holy....this frontend still shocks me...so busy, and the smaller (probably rubber?) lip under the bumper just looks out of place.

At least they found one line to follow, again they have enormous wheel-arch gaps...bit they are not alone anymore and joined by a new colleague, enormous kidneys...

Still very hard to believe that this has been approved by the board as a new (front) design

Ugh i cant get over that front end despite how much i try. Might finally push me to daily something reasonable and put something nice in the garage that doesnt feel like a numb video game. Id love a z4m coupe hnnng

I like it. Not perfect (still unsure about the front), but will be looking to get one (well, an M3 anyway) when my current M340xdrive lease is done.

I was planning on getting the G80 but they screwed up the front end in my opinion. So hanging onto my F80. You shouldn't have to settle for something you don't like.

I have a suggestion, why doesn't bmw make two trims (different front end for people who want that look) and see which people buy.

Neither is this new design. Nice colors though!

I assume it is not normal for BMW to get this type of reaction to the introduction of their new M cars. Maybe they wanted to create controversy? Or they think people will come around? I don't get the strategy. Wouldn't BMW prefer to have everyone gush over how amazing the M4 looks instead of polarizing the very people who buy these cars?

Having said that, I don't hate the grill. But it does give me second thoughts.

Love how some people actually believe this is going to grow on people and sell like hot cakes. Not this time. Yes before it was the case every time a new one was on the horizon. Even if you like this grille which is absolutely hideous and does not go w the lines of the car in my opinion whatsoever, it still is coming with a longer wheelbase, no dct, and an awd option. Can't see this being less than 3900-4k lbs at the end of the day. Peoples butts get hurt for some reason when others talk about this car which I don't get unless you designed it yourself. This is a fail and its going to show over time. And I read posts about people liking awd in an M car and the zf all the time. While I don't want either in my M, I am not upset one bit by what others like and I am actually glad for those that want something different in their M. Respect, its just not for me and not gonna grow on people like some people think/hope.

I want to see what the other front bumper designs were. It seems like they went "let's shake things up by going with the absolute worst one." This is worse than when the 07 E90 sedans appeared...

I happen to like the grilles BUT I have seen about a dozen people demonstrate a wonderful command of the english language in describing their negative sentiments. Then, 3 months later, I watch other people plagiarize those same comments over and over again.
