Very complex and dynamic color. We love it.
I'm starting to understand the love for this color. I've noticed the 'Nardo Grey's like shade most often in pictures but these recent ones really opened my eyes to its many variations. Becoming one of my favorites.

I am not a super big fan of the battleship gray color but it is growing on me. I see that color maybe 25% if the time? It tends to appear in brighter conditions but not direct sunlight. I notice it only to think “oh I have the flat gray car today.”

I love the darker shades of gray in overcast condition. And also the brownish tones in the sunlight (that is where this paint is at its best, and can change from gold to olive as you walk around the car). I tend to see those colors most of the time. But I could be looking for what I like.

I might also be an outlier here, but we prefer lighter color wheels. The black and even bicolor wheels just get lost, and hides the calipers and details of the wheels.

Considering that the 359M is the best OEM M3 wheel ever (this is a proven scientific fact that cannot be disputed), it was clear what we had to do.

These are the 19 square winters. It gets 20” rear 359M’s and new Pilot 4S’s this weekend.

I too feel like the dark wheels get lost on Dravit. Ironically, I think the dark wheels work with BSM and the whole thing ends up looking sinister. But with Dravit, not so much. Your Dravit with the lighter wheels looks amazing!

Congrats! You’re gunna love it the colors compliment eachother really well. It’s a mix - the area around the door handle is leather and the portion between that and the window as well as the armrest area is sensatech.

A dirty Dravit sunbathing after the rain. Not a huge contrast from the carbon roof to the car, but compliments it perfectly. IMO.

Has anyone used the BMW touch up for dravit? Just found a small chip in the door and wondering how it looks.

Dravit/Silverston G80 with white OLED GTS tail lights.

My new DG/Silverstone G80 should arrive some time near August and I'm planning a fairly unique customization that I don't think I've seen yet. I wasn't sure how it was going to look so I tried to model it as best I could through photoshop.

Plan is:
  • BayOptiks white OLED GTS tail lights.
  • RGB front headlight board swap (mostly for yellow and if parked red since cannot drive with them).
  • IND black/white BMW trunk/hood badges and wheel center caps.
  • Red outlined black M3 badges in CS "motif", front, rear, and sides, without CS lettering.
  • Reflector delete kit, front/rear
  • CSL CF grill.

Very curious to see how this is going to turn out. Rationale was the black/white motif will play nicely with the Silverstone interior and shadowline trim, and it seems to also work with the gold-tinged dark grey. It very well could be completely terrible but let's see. Feedback and other ideas welcomed. Will update!

I found a very small chip in my door and ordered a paint kit from Scratcheshappen dot com. They have a Dravit kit and it’s a great match. I also ordered their Dravit aerosol kit to paint the bar ends of my Turner CF engine strut.

Those look stunning. I’m in the process of looking for a hardcore winter tire setup and may need to talk to you about those. Did they just fit right on? Where did you order them from and are they OEM or replicas? Which winter tires did you fit and any idea if they can handle blizzaks? Thanks!

Good friend is a photographer and offered to take some photos of the car so I gave her a bath and took him up on the offer. I can't get enough of this car or the Dravit Grey....love it!
