Another Farewell G80

My BMW journey started with the E36 then E38 740i Sport, E90 M3, M2C and G80. It has been a fun ride. I made a lot of friends and met some nice people in this forum. I went to the next step for me and try another brand. I will continue the SSK GB and setup the 3/19 OC meet at EAS. I will hang out here and can't wait to see the next gen M cars. Part out coming up. Cheers

Why are you getting rid of the G80? Not fun enough?

My needs changed. It was a fun ride. Very luxurious and comfortable and put down the power very well. The front traction was amazing

Dang, hard to argue with a Cayman GTS, especially with the correct number of pedals.

I sold my G82 last month too, but didn't bother creating a thread. I probably should, just for FYI purposes.

Congrats on the new Porsche, enjoy it!

Pics or it didn't happen.

Oh, sweet! I love the red stitching that compliments the seatbelts. Or vice-versa.

You have got to love the "I'm leaving" thread where there is no reason and what the person is replacing it with. This of course causes the next response which is, where, why, when, ETC.

BTW, I know I'm not the only one that wonders why people make statements only to cause more questions to be asked. Maybe this is the Larry David side of me.

Sad to see you go but you will love the GTS. Drove it on track at Speedvegas a few weeks ago and it was just amazing. Cayman GTS or GT4 is definitely on my radar.

I did not want to turn this into a G8X versus discussion. I always try to answer or ask questions in here.

Well I don't need a Four door car for personal reason. Is there anything wrong with that? I don't tell people what they should get. I think is was a mistake to create this post. You're the second one lol
