To each their own. Some will pay 5k over because it's exclusive, some because it's available and they want a G80 now, or in my case, pay 5k over because I want Fire Orange and they aren't processing individual Fire Orange models until MY '24.

It doesn't have the Driver's Assistance package but it does have the Parking Assistance package that seems to have items from the F8X generation's Driver's Assistance. As a previous F80 owner I was suprised to see things like blind side assistance and giving you the speed limit via head-up display. It also gives you driving information like traffic light cameras and terrain disparity.

Essentially the only thing the car doesn't have is the ability to drive itself. However I bought the car to be in full control and have fun. The Parking Assistance provides all the extra tools to do that without moving the steering wheel for me like the Driver's Assistance would.

Something to think about at least.

Very well said. I was happy to have that option left off the 50J. I hate feeling the artificial movements in the wheel that i get in other auto assist cars. I'm avoiding all semi-auto systems that still require attentiveness and intervention. That's a recipe for annoyance at best and failure at worst.

50j Comes with wireless charger and the digital key.

As to whether it’s worth the adm, that’s a personal decision. Selfishly I wish it were selling for 50 over, but I can’t say I’d be buying at that price. In reality, it’s a unique paint and interior trim that will probably carry a like extra value down the road if you find the right buyer.
