Really not liking the white render M3, grill doesn't work with the rest of the front end air intakes. I've always disliked this new front end, but who knows perhaps BMW will pull this off as the orange M4 in Stefan's post on page 1 works much better. I almost like it.

Yes, I partly agree. but never in the past we have seen the front end model to swap in production cycle, exactly what will happen with the G80 chassis..

So, there is a real question, and to me, only BMW has the answer. Will they follow the same process, or will they change and keep the 3 Series’ front end as we know it today, for ever, or re adapt it because of the 4 Series ...
For now, excuse me, but nobody knows
The M3/M4 will have the same front end which is based on the 4 series/coupe front end. Same approach as the last two generations. The 3 will keep its front end.

What a punishment

I just picked 20' M2C and 20' X3MC and I am good for a while

Holy…no the first time to see that front, opening the app and seeing this...I didn't know if I should think WTF and scream…or just laugh :

What most scares me is my reaction, even after seeing this for months now....and this is/should be the next M3/M4, I'm not looking at a FIAT Multipla or any other Sangjong or whatever...

I guess this is my answer to myself already, if it will grow on me :

With all the leaks of the real thing these new renderings is of zero interest to me . Only further leaks or the full reveal count at this point.

Obviously I am in the minority but I really like the latest rendering of the front end.

Mehh, except an extra $50K here can provide a cure. Maybe see if Dr Wolfgang Porsche has any availability.

The back still has that is Lexus look, I'm sure the front will grow on Me, I think it needs to be more aggressive for an M car, hopefully the M4 is

May I predict that BMW is going to have to offer incentives to move a redesigned M3/M4 earlier than ever before? I'm thinking the over/under bet on when incentives will be offered is 4 months from release.

so we know the grills will be there whether we like it or not. My question is will they serve an aero/cooling/performance purpose or will they just be the new design going forward? As much as I hate the look, i gets it if they say "well this way we can improve cooling by 62% and that allows us to squeeze some extra horsepower or boost". But if they say "we just wanna have a ridiculous design so our cars get noticed" they can go to hell.

If it wasn't for that front...

The front makes it look like cross between a Lexus and an Alfa.

I can't wait to see the final product. All of this overreaction for nothing. A year from now, people are going to go nuts for this thing when it starts running mid 11s.

He also made a version with the body-color diffuser, just like the leaked red M3

Lexus for the back, Mercedes for the side, Audi fort the front, Fiat Abarth for the engine noise. Everyone will be happy with this new M3 😂

I'm not convinced any leak so far has confirmed the M3 will have a grill the size of these renderings?

It's all assumption which is more applicable to the new 4. All will be known in the next 3/4 months

If it does look like I'll cancel my order and get a M5C LCI

That rendition is crying out for nostril surgery

Looks like an Alfa Romeo. It’s not pretty but the looks wouldn’t stop me from getting one.
