Same problem here. Only have 200km on the car. Thought a rock got stuck but it went away and then came back periodically. I am soft on the brakes though so maybe I should do some harder stops?

Did multiple brake dust cleaner, woolie scrub and then power washer spray off of the brakes and disks. So far, noise has not come back.

Mine are quiet for a short time only after washing and that’s it. It really sucks.

I had my first "growl" out of my CCB's this morning on my way to work.

I was being light on the brakes in my parking structure.

Of note, I'm also at 600 miles.

I've had the train out of my CCBs a few times. You definitely have to pressure wash the rotors really well and give them a few good stomps on the highway. Mine don't make any noise if you hit the off ramp at 130 on the way to Mexico.

I noticed this exact same sound today on my 200 miles old G82. The noise was extremely loud with vibration. I did some hard stops and sound is gone for now. No effect on braking power and only appeared when I was doing slow long breaking while approaching red light or stop sign.

Has any one found a fix or has the sound disappeared?

Apparently this happens when the brakes aren't "hot enough". Some people suggest doing hard braking somewhere during your drive a couple of times, then by the time you get around your house, in the neighborhood, you won't hear that squeal when coming to a stop.

Of all the performance cars i've owned in this past, this is the first time i have to deal with something like this. Even the CCB's on my C6 didn't squeal as much, only when it was cold out.

My F82 breaks squeaked too but this was definitely different with this loud “train stopping” sound. I will try to do so hard breaking and will check if it comes again.

I found what is being reported here a normal situation in my F82 on days I would go to the track and changed my brake pads to endless pads etc. The solution was to find a safe isolated road that you can get up to 80mph, check your rear mirror for nobody behind you and slam on your brakes as hard as you can to a almost near stop not a full stop. Then race to 80mph as fast as you can and slam on the brakes again just before full stop and repeat. Do this like 6 times to get your brakes nice and hot. This will bed them properly. You need the heat to build up and not give it a chance to cool before adding more heat, so yes it will get you a bit sick in the entire process but this is how to bed the brakes. Please do this safely with no cars on a safe road.
A proper bedding you will notice on a track compared to not bedding them, the noises everyone is reporting around town are just a sign you can hear more than feel under light commuting wit brakes not properly bed.

I had my M4 almost 2000 miles and never heard the brakes once. I was rather shocked to be honest. I did use firm braking on most every ride, if not every other. Not sure if it helped. I had the squeal on the CT4-V BW I owned very early on. I would power wash them and it would go away.
