I have looked all over the internet and social media to see where all 1000 CSL's are going specifically to each country. This is my running tally estimate so far. Please chime in with any info or corrections that need to be made.

~250 USA
41 Canada
150 Germany
100 UK
29 France
23 Australia
15 South Africa
11 Netherlands
25 Japan
62 Switzerland
20 Spain
4 Austria
1 Singapore
1 Taiwan
3 Czech Republic
2 Indonesia
3 Thailand
1 Slovakia
4 New Zealand
2 La Réunion Island (France)
? Poland
? China
? UAE

So far 747?

250 North America (209 USA, 41 Canada)
150 Germany
100 UK
29 France
30 Australia
15 South Africa

25 Japan
62 Switzerland
20 Spain
? Indonesia
? Slovakia
? Poland
? China

So far 692
I wouldn't be surprised if they make less than 1000. Not necessary cause there isn't demand (though there might not be global), but there were logistics concerns around the fixed buckets and there is still some part shortages. Jaguar made less than 300 Project 8s (though they still said they did) and Alfa sold out all 500 GTAm's and then returned some deposits. The math doesn't add up to 1000 and I don't see more cars appearing in the US to make the numbers work.

You may be right. BMW may just offer the customers who are still waiting who have ordered fixed bucket seats the adjustable seats and say take it or leave it. They did that to me when I ordered the first i8's back in the day.

Are we sure it's only 209 US and 41 Canada? What's the source of that?

From what I read from BMW Blog it's 250 to North America. Then various videos from Canadian dealerships saying Canada only getting 41. So it's an estimate

Your Australian figure is wrong my friend

We're only getting 23

Also, I believe NA is 291 (250+41)

Finally, all Russian allocations were "theoretically" revoked due to sanctions - that means those cars may have gone to other markets on top of their intended allocation

Thank you for letting me know I will update this. I wanted to get all of the members input since you can't believe everything on the internet. Interesting about the Russian allocations, did not know that. Wonder where those allocations went or maybe it did not go anywhere because of the parts constraints?

Indonesia with 250m people is getting only TWO M4CSLs

That makes it 125 million per CSL, which raises a significant question: with no back seat, where are they all going to sit?

My M4 CSL arrived last week. Frozen Brooklyn with fixed buckets. It arrived at the exact time the dealer said it would!

Great car!

Can't wait for the running in service and then get a few miles on it!

Crazy with the size of the UK that they get 100 of these. The UK is full of BMW's.

Switzerland with only 9 million people gets more than any other country except the US, Germany and the UK (which all have significantly higher populations). Talked to my dealer on Saturday and he confirmed that Switzerland will get a well above-average number of units.

Yes! Switzerland gets 62 units from what I found on the Internet, which is quite high, given the population of 9 million

Switzerland is full of extremely wealthy people. It Explains everything.
Richest country globally in terms of per capita wealth.
Demand will still be way higher than supply.

Thank you for the info. Will update now. Even though I love the car, I would never pay that price for a CSL.
