M3 CS is it going to be your daily or garage queen

For all the future owners of this car. Are you going to daily drive it or keep it in the garage? I will daily drive mine but I’m feeling guilty about it. Lol

Garage queen. Hiding under a tailor made cotton cover. Will leave the garage just in case of ‚sunny and 75‘.

Yeah...agreed.

If I had one coming in, I would put maybe 1000 miles or less on it a year and hopefully it appreciates in value.

Hell, my M3Cx is a garage queen…CS would stay in garage with a warm house coat and fuzzy slippers.

Daily and occasional track duty (hopefully)

Now that I WFH, I will average a few thousand miles a year anyways.

I’ve never understood why anyone would pick a 4-door as a non-daily.

The reason for this car existing is so that you can transport up to 5 people and luggage daily in all types of weather, and then take it out for some sports oriented driving whether away from a city or on a track on the weekend. It is essentially the ultimate sports daily for someone that needs to carry more than 1 adult passenger and give everyone leg room. You could keep it locked away in the garage just the same as you could wear scuba gear in the shower - but it defeats the purpose of having bought it….

No modern BMW is a collectors item. I’ll put as much mileage on any bimmer I own as I feel like driving.

Not daily but also not a queen. Targeting 2500-3000 per year.

In my opinion the fact that it is a 4 door makes it attractive as it’s a highly capable car that also happens to be able to take the family for a drive. Not just a family people mover but a weekender that we can all enjoy.

Daily driver, even in winter time (I have a November production date) here in Bavaria (Germany). Will have to PPF it though before I drive it.
