LCi vs standard cluster

What are everyone's thoughts on the LCI cluster/i-drive screen?

Im leaning towards the more "traditional" separate cluster/idrive screens. IMO the LCI is too Tesla for my taste. I guess thats the way the industry is going....

They really should. Ford did a "fox body" mode on the new S650 Mustang, which I think is great:

Having the edge-to-edge screen of the iD8 (as opposed to the oddly dog-bone-shaped one in the Mustang), they could do a really great job of this if they wanted to.

I have both. M3 with ID7 and i4 m50 with ID8. Going back and forth between both cars, I like the ID8 more now. It’s just a much bigger screen and shows more. I don’t adjust the temperature much too and don’t use any of the programming short cut buttons.
